Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
This website is operated by National Honey Ltd (“we”, “us”, “National Honey”). We are registered in England & Wales under company number FILL_ME_companies_house_no. Our registered/correspondence address is FILL_ME_registered_address. You can contact us at hello@nationalhoney.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply to the sale of goods through this website to consumers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them each time you order, as they may change.
3. Our products
We sell British raw, unpasteurised honey and related products. As a natural product, honey varies in colour, texture and flavour between batches, and will naturally crystallise (set) over time — this is normal and not a defect. Product images are for illustration; the honey you receive may differ slightly in appearance.
Allergen note: honey should not be given to infants under 12 months. If you have a pollen or bee-product allergy, please take appropriate care.
4. Placing an order
After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error), we will let you know and refund any payment taken.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to supply the goods at that price.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation & returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Because food is perishable, this right does not apply to opened or consumed food items for hygiene reasons, but you may return unopened, undamaged products. Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced in full. Full details are on our Returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
9. Your information
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law & complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@nationalhoney.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.
