Returns & refunds
Your right to cancel
For consumer purchases of goods, you have the statutory right to cancel and return an order as required by law. Contact us to arrange a return; items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
Live queen bees
Queen bees are live animals and perishable goods, so the standard cooling-off return does not apply once they have been dispatched or delivered in good condition.
If a queen arrives dead or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery (with a photo where possible) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
